Reverse Trendlenberg Electric Tilt Bed Frame

Finally, an affordable home use solution for folks who are required to sleep in a Trendelenberg or Reverse Trendelenberg Reverse incline position. The SLEEPLAB R/T BED™ frame is designed to elevate your bed exactly as your physician prescribed, without use of awkward  solutions, such as 6" blocks stacked under the base of your headboard.

 

This bed is designed for people with severe acid reflux who have been advised by their doctors to sleep with the head of their bed raised; they want the bed flat, but the entire bed is slanted. The use of this bed in Sleep Labs assists in producing the desired results. Designed for Sleep Labs, but ideal for home use.

• It is designed to install under your existing mattress.

• The SLEEPLAB R/T BED™ allows you to sleep on your side or your stomach without bending at the waist.

• The head height is electrically adjusted from 0" to 10" in height (0 to 8 degree tilt) with the use of corded hand controller.

• If you reverse the head and feet, you can raise the feet to be able to obtain the heart rest position (Trendelenberg).

What it is: The R/K BED™ consists of a frame plus an automated mechanism for raising and lowering the bed. The mechanism includes the bed base, an actuator, a converter box, and a handheld controller.

What it does: The R/K BED™ raises and lowers the foundation and mattress of your bed as one unit. Using the simple handheld controller you can raise the head of your bed to any height up to 8 inches. This creates what is known as the reverse Trendelenburg tilt.

How it fits your bed: If you have a standard frame with an attached headboard: the R/K BED™ will replace your existing frame. You will attach your headboard to the R/K BED's frame.

If you have a headboard, footboard and side rails: the R/K BED™ will install on the floor inside your bed frame. Your slats will not be needed. The R/K BED™ frame will fully support your mattress and foundation. The R/K BED™ ships via UPS in several large boxes, and assembly is required.
